Every artwork I create is one-of-a-kind and made with dedication, which is why I treat each sale with great care. Because of the unique and handmade nature of the pieces, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an artwork has been purchased. I encourage buyers to reach out with any questions before finalizing their order, so I can provide additional images, details, or close-up views to ensure full confidence in the piece being selected.

However, I do understand that unforeseen issues may occur. If an artwork is damaged during shipping, I kindly request that you contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged artwork so we can assess the situation together. In such cases, I will work with you to find the best possible solution, whether it be a partial refund, replacement (if possible), or repair guidance.

As each piece is individually crafted, exact replacements may not always be available. My priority is to ensure that collectors receive their artworks safely and enjoy a positive experience.
