Delivery & Return

I take great care in packaging and shipping each artwork so that it reaches you in perfect condition. All deliveries are handled through reliable courier services, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. This allows you to follow the journey of your artwork from my studio to your doorstep.

For customers within Pakistan, delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days after dispatch. For international buyers, delivery may take between 10–21 business days, depending on the courier service and your location. Please be aware that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or local courier handling, which are beyond my control.

International customers should note that they are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

As for returns, due to the handmade and original nature of each piece, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with you to find a fair resolution, ensuring that your investment in art remains a positive and meaningful experience.
